Over the last few years we've helped over a dozen couples get married at the Faire. Beginning with the 2007 season we are pleased to announce that we've become the exclusive event coordinators for the Faire. We've taken on a partner and added other staff to insure your wedding, birthday party or other gathering runs smoothly and is as memorable as can be!

A Connecticut Ren Faire wedding could be compared to a destination wedding set in another time in History. All the fuss and muss of creating a Themed Venue is already done. Just walk through the gates and it’s all here.... Sites, Sounds, Smells and Activities all day long for guests of all ages to enjoy. And our wedding packages make planning a breeze.

Kid's parties are another special time at the Faire. Birthdays, Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah celebrations become even more special with the Faire as the background.

Popular themes include: Knights; Robin Hood; Pirates; Princesses; Fairies; Other....

We can also modify the party packages to accommodate 'well seasoned kids', sometimes referred to as adults! Bridal and Baby Showers, Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties all take on a lively twist when woven into the Faire's atmosphere.

Wedding Packages

Serf Paring   $300.00 *       11:00 A.M only

Peasant Union   $975.00 *       1:00 P.M.

  • Entrance for 10 Guests, Bride & Groom
  • Use of Decorated Wedding Arbor & Tent 4 Hours
  • Wedding cake table, plates, forks, and white linen napkins
  • 2 Tier Wedding Cake (6" and 10" )
  • A Rose & Herb tied with ribbon for Bride
  • Officiate in costume to perform the Ceremony
  • Shy Bard (hidden sound system)
  • Sparkling Cider & glasses for Toast
  • Wedding Coordinator:

Drop us a note or give us a call and we will 'pencil you in' for the available date you want pending receipt of your signed agreement and non-refundable deposit. We will only hold your date for 10 days while waiting for your information to arrive. Dates and times are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

            




Birthday Party Packages

Shire Birthday Package   $250 *       10:30 A.M. or 12:30 P.M.

    Package Includes:
  • Admission for 12 guests to faire (10 children and 2 adults)
  • Party Tent Rental (1 1/2 hours)
  • A party favor for each child appropriate to theme
  • Pin the Tail on the Dragon game available

Caer Leon Birthday Package   $350 *       10:30 A. M. or 12:30 P.M.

    Package Includes:
  • Everything from the Shire Birthday package (plus)
  • Sheet cake
  • Punch
  • Paper goods
  • Themed Party Hats
  • Themed Craft party Favor
  • Costumed attendant to assist in craft project, Pin the Tail on the Dragon, and serve cake
  • Simple face painting
